The staff was indeed professional. They handled a situation efficiently.
The bathroom sink had noticeable glue marks, a detail that detracted from the overall cleanliness. the absence of a kettle in the room proved quite inconvenient for preparing hot beverages. The noise from outside was also disruptive. I was awakened by loud trams late at night.
