glue marks loud trams
The staff was indeed professional. They handled a situation efficiently.
The bathroom sink had noticeable glue marks, a detail that detracted from the overall cleanliness. the absence of a kettle in the room proved quite inconvenient for preparing hot beverages. The noise from outside was also disruptive. I was awakened by loud trams late at night.

the breakfast selection was lovely it had a good range. the room was clean and well maintained. i found the staff helpful with directions and local information.
the elevator was quite small it only fit two people comfortably. my room faced the street and the tram noise was noticeable. i found the wifi signal weak in my room.
